Reflection on the Service Innovation Forum: “Sell And Market Advanced Services"

The Service Innovation Forum "Sell And Market Advanced Services" took place on the 13th and 14th of June in the Design Office Kaiserteich in Düsseldorf, Germany.

We had two intense days packed with workshops, discussions and presentations about the challenges that organisations are facing when it comes to sell and market advanced services.

Here are some highlights of the session:

  • Wolfgang Künkler, Senior Vice President Service from Diebold Nixdorf described their journey from a product to an advanced services provider
  • Andreas Beck from Samsung gave an inspiring presentation to answer the question "Do we know who our customers are?"
  • Sabrina Singer from Voith explained their step-for-step approach to move from reactive to proactive
