Noventum at Field Service

Greetings from Amsterdam! Noventum hosted a roundtable at Field Service in Amsterdam about how companies can successfully lead global service transformations to profitable growth. We discussed the service maturity model, showing the evolution from reactive to proactive service offerings with practical examples from Marel, Tecan and Bobst.

Field Service was running 6-8 December, 2017 with over 55 heads of service speakers with leading service companies in the world, including Volvo, Cisco Systems, Philips, Brooks Automation, Fujitsu, Honeywell and Caterpillar to share their global service expertise.
